Public Transport
Train
The Amsterdam ArenA is classified as 'Easily accessible by train'. The stadium is within walking distance of Duivendrecht railway station (approx. 15 minutes) and Bijlmer railway station (approx. 5 minutes). Bijlmer station will be completely rebuilt over the coming years, and will form the link between the Amsterdamse Poort shopping centre and the ArenA area. The attractive contemporary building is expected to be completed at the end of 2006. In addition, the tracks are being doubled over a 6 kilometre stretch, and a direct link between Schiphol and Utrecht is being created (the Utrechtboog). www.ns.nl
Metro
Strandvliet/ArenA metro station and Bijlmer metro station are located approx. 5 minutes' walk away from the stadium. There are regular direct services to Amstel Station and Centraal Station in Amsterdam. Metro lines 50 and 54 stop at the metro stations listed.
Bus
Travellers from the region can access the Amsterdam ArenA by regional bus services 29, 158, 174, 177 and 178.

Own Transport
Car
The Amsterdam ArenA is located close to a number of motorways, including the A1, A2, A9 and A10. The stadium is signposted on the blue ANWB signs on all these motorways as 'Transferium', the car park under the stadium. On an event day, the Transferium is signposted on the ANWB signs with a football and the text 'P-ArenA'. On those days the Transferium is usually reserved for visitors with a parking voucher for the Transferium. However, there are several car parks around the stadium, all within walking distance. In order to ensure that cars are evenly distributed across the various car parks, computer-controlled signage indicates the best route to the stadium. The parking charge for these car parks on event days is € 8,-. The charge for car parks P3 to P6 is € 1.90 per hour or € 15,- via the events button.
Motorcycle
A secure 'two-wheeler' parking facility which can hold approximately 6,000 bicycles and motorcycles is provided for visitors to the stadium who come by bicycle or motorcycle. This two-wheeler parking facility is only open during events, from an hour before the event until an hour after the end. The charge is € 1 per bicycle, € 1.25 per moped and € 1.50 per motorcycle. The charge for storing a helmet or bag is € 0.50.
Coach
Coaches park at the P-bus car park: the parking charge is € 35. It should be noted that P2 and P-bus are only open during events in the Amsterdam ArenA.
